Sir Sam's has provided the ideal setting for many weddings over the years. Typically, we host during the early spring, late fall and some winter weekends (sorry, we are unable to accommodate larger groups during the summer months). Weddings have exclusive use of the inn for the weekend, which provides for an ideal atmosphere in which to celebrate this special occasion. Small wedding parties (under 12 persons) can be accommodated throughout the year. We hope the following will give you a better idea of all we have to offer.
Accommodations
We have a total of 25 rooms (maximum 56 people) available. Weekends do require a minimum number of rooms reserved for Friday night with 25 rooms guaranteed for the Saturday night.
Dining & Lounge
Sir Sam's Dining room will host a maximum of 56 persons seated at tables of eight and ten. The menu would typically be set with an appetizer, salad, entree and dessert. Many sample menus are available in our full wedding kit. After dinner, Gunners Pub is perfect for an evening of dancing and celebration with a full complement of beverage services available.
Ceremony
If you choose to hold your wedding here at Sir Sam's, both our Hughes Conference Room and Lounge by the Fire provide an intimate atmosphere. We also have an outdoor Gazebo for a lakeside ceremony. We are pleased to help coordinate with flowers, music, photographer and decorations as requested.
