Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Reservations for less than five nights require a deposit of $300. Reservations for five nights or more require a deposit of $600. Deposits are refundable (less $25. administration fee)if notification is received 14 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations received with less than 14 days notice result in the forfeiture of deposit.
Sir Sam's accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Early Departure: In the event of an early departure, one half of the regular tariff of the remaining period will be charged.
Children: Sir Sam's is an adult oriented inn. We have no facilities for young children. For children over 12 years, add additional person rate.
Service Charge: All of our rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to 5% PST, 5% GST and a 10% service charge. Additional food and beverage charges will have a 15% service charge applied. As these service charges are in lieu of tipping, additional gratuities are at your discretion.
Dining at the Inn: Our Twin Fires Dining Room is open daily as follows: Breakfast………8:30-10:30 am Dinner……………6:00 and 8:30 pm Dress is casual. Special Dietary Needs are happily accommodated with advance notice of your requirements. For those interested, we have light lunch available from 12:30-2:00. Sir Sam's Inn is fully licensed.
Accommodation Amenities: Each accommodation offers a coffee maker, bar fridge, DVD player, robes & pool towels, hair dryer and a selection of books and games.
