Golf Courses

During your stay with Sir Sam's Inn enjoy a round of golf at one of Haliburton's many local area courses.

Snowmobile Tours

Enjoy the splendour of the Haliburton Highlands by snowmobile. Starting from Sir Sam's Inn in Eagle lake, (15km from Haliburton), enjoy a half or full day excursion with experienced guide Eric Edwards.

Tour on groomed trails and share the breathtaking scenery and views that can only be experienced by snowmobile. All equipment and facilities are provided to enjoy a safe, warm and comfortable ride.

Fine Print:

  • Rates are for one or two persons per snowmobile (2006 Ski Doo GTX 380CC ) and includes all clothing, trail fees, insurance and gas.
  • Rates are subject to 13% HST
  • Basic insurance coverage provides for liability, theft, fire, vandalism and collision.
  • A deposit of $1000.00 per machine is required, paid by cash, credit card or debit card at the time of rental.

Haliburton Highlands

The Haliburton Highlands is in the heart of Ontario cottage country, bordered by Muskoka to the West, the Kawartha's to the South and Algonquin Park to the North. The Highlands combine the best of all three with majestic rolling hills, over 6,000 pristine lakes and numerous quaint villages.

The town of Haliburton, (15 minutes from Sir Sam's Inn) has a full array of services and shops. What's more, the Fleming College campus is a focal point for local artisans and their crafts.
